Accessibility Text to Speech Turned on and Is Impossible to Turn off

The accessibility text to speech turned on and will not turn off. When I visit the menu item and click on it there is no way to deselect this option. We didn't turn on this feature and it is potentially a bug

This is a bug report. Not a user issue. The toggle button in your demo video was stuck in the "enabled" position.

Would you be able to restart your Chromecast device and see if the toggle still stuck? Also, if you have the time, would you be willing to submit feedback via Google TV to let the engineering team know about this issue? That's the best way to get information up to Google in terms of issues, bugs, and requests.
