App not available in my region

Im in Hong Kong and my account is also based the same location. However, apps are not available for my region, could this be google issue for the apps issue?

Hi Funnycake,

Google officially sell the Chromecast with Google TV in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Spain, United
Kingdom, United States (except Puerto Rico).

These are the only countries officially supported so some apps and services may not work outside of these countries, sorry.
