Chromecast device shows a solid orange led light on and gets a no signal error on tv even after changing hdmi port and also changing the tv and can't reset it as its not connected to phone.

Hi there,
A solid orange LED means there may be an error with your device. Unplug your Chromecast from the power source, wait about one minute, and then plug it back in. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, perform a factory reset.
You can factory reset the device by holding the little reset button on the side of the device.
