This really cannot be stated enough given how many people have been complaining of display/audio sync issues going back to January of 2020, it's clear Google needs to acknowledge and address this issue. While using ANY app (Hulu, Discovery+, Netflix, Disney+, etc.) there is sometimes a (near) 5 second delay between lips moving and the accompanying audio. It isn't a matter of it being "out of sync", it isn't even close.
When this issue is present (not always) when you pause the video it takes the audio that same amount of time to pause. The video movement pauses but the audio continues.
Come on, Google. Get your developers off their butts and fix this issue. It's beyond ridiculous at this point. No other streaming provider; Roku or Apple TV has been so PLAGUED with this issue. You're either incompetent or complacent to the complaints submitted by customers.

While I don’t support the language used here, but I can confirm this is still a real issue that also impact others. Please see https://support.google.com/chromecast/thread/75244430/chromecast-with-google-tv-audio-sync-issue?
Affected device: LG B8 with latest TV firmware
