CCGTV not Updating, Slow HEVC

Hello everyone. Having an issue updating 2 of my 3 CCGTV units to android 12. First one purchased shortly after release a couple years ago. Second and third purchased maybe a year and a half ago. All have same model number on back GZRNL. All markings on back are the same actually. 

My issue is the 2 purchased more recently aren't updating to the android 12 update. I am noticing these other 2 are much slower at decoding HEVC video (moonlight streaming) aswell.

I'm wondering if Google changed their hardware sometime in there? Is the android 12 released being staggered?

I have tried factory reset to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. The Android 12 version has been completely rolled out. Could you please confirm if your devices still didn't get the update? If so, please manually check in the settings if there is an available update on your device.

Thank you for the response. Just confirming that yes they are not updating. Checked right now manually not updating both still on Android 10. Please advise if the update has been pulled or any information you have. Thanks
