Yes, you can absolutely do that. Assuming the devices you want to create a schedule for are already showing in your Google Home app, follow these steps:
- In the Google Home app, tap the Automations tab, then tap Add.
- Choose whether you want it to be a Household or Personal routine.
- Give the routine a name by tapping the pencil icon next to Untitled.
- Choose Add starter, then in your case tap At a specific time.
- Set your options, then tap Add starter.
- Tap Add action, then tap Adjust Home devices.
- Select your device, check the box next to Turn on or off, then select if you want it to turn on or off.
- You can repeat step 7 for as many devices you want to turn on or off at the same time.
- Tap Add action, then tap Save.
If you want to turn a device on at a specific time and off a specific time, you'll need to create two separate routines to do that, one that turns it on and one that turns it off.
