Can't Chromecast NBA League Pass to TV

In years past we had no problem Chromecasting from the NBA league pass for finals games. Now it shows a prompt that says that casting to our TV is only available from certain apps. We downloaded You Tube, but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated! Thx.

It looks like the service provider only allows this from certain devices that have been activated.
