Can't cast from android to chromecast 4k

Hi. For some odd reason the casting icn from android screen or app has disappeared. Can't cast Android screen etc.

What happened and how do we get around the problem?

Do you have any kind of VPN running on your Android device? This often blocks the cast capabilities.

Thanks for reaching out. I know how challenging it is when you're having issues casting using your phone to the Chromecast with Google TV (4K). Could you tell us the make and model of your phone? Also, what application are you trying to cast?
