Tv and device both connected to the same WiFi but app says TV is Nov connected

Hello Sizerbini,

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out.

A few questions: was your TV working before? Were there any changes made recently? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Please unplug your TV from your outlet, then plug it back in. You may also forget the Wi-Fi network that it's using before reconnecting to see if that helps. See this article for other general troubleshooting steps: I can't establish a Wi-Fi connection to my Chromecast.
