Can’t set up chromecast

I’m stuck on the welcome screen on my tv and can’t set up my chromecast. I’ve reset the router, done a factory reset, switched the chromecast on and off, no luck. Bluetooth is enabled. Help!

Hi, thanks for your reply. It seems ok now. I had to uninstall Google home and start again from scratch.

  • What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
  • Are you connecting to a 2.4GHz?
