Do I need Chromecast to watch netflix on a smart tv?

So, I want to get a Google Nest Mini and some light bulbs, but the second part doesn't matter. I have 4 samsung smart tvs in my house but I'm not sure if I can say something like "Hey Google, play <insert show here> on <insert TV name here>". Do I need Chromecast on all of my TVs in order for this to work?

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! In case you haven't already found your answer elsewhere, here is an article on how to control your TVs using the Google Assistant. If you are able to add those smart TVs with Chromecast built-in onto your Google Home, you should be able to control them by name. If they don't have Chromecast built-in, you may need to have individual Chromecast units.
