Can't use FamilyLink accounts that used to work

My children's accounts won't work, but they used to work fine for the first week or two that I had the device. I tried adding them again, but I get an error saying the software does not support FamilyLink accounts. 

My software is up to date. I tried restarting. What gives? I've seen other posts where people have the same issue, but not where they used to work and then stopped.

  • Which Google Nest device do you have?
