Can't watch content on Peacock App

When I select "Watch" or "Resume" content in the Peacock App on a Google Chromecast 4K device connected to my family room TV, I get either ~3 minutes of commercials or a spinning gold wheel. Then it takes me back to the "Watch/Resume" screen. It does the same thing over and over if I select it again. 
 
The Chromecast device otherwise works well on that TV. Peacock works correctly on other devices/Apps in the same home and on the same network including:  PC, iPhone, and another Chromecast 4K device connected to a different TV.
 
Things I 've done to try to fix the issue:
 
  1. Cleared Peacock App Cache
  2. Deleted and reinstalled Peacock App on the Chromecast 4K
  3. Confirmed Chromecast 4K device is on current software.
  4. Restarted Chromecast 4K
  5. Power cycled Chromecast 4K
  6. Did a full Factory reset Chromecast 4K
  7. Power cycled cable modem and home router
