Casting prime video using chromecast on lg normal tv

Hi I m not able to cast prime video on my LG normal TV model-42LN5120 USING CHROMECAST 1ST GEN AND GOOGLE HOME

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help you figure this out. Now, are you able to cast from other apps, such as YouTube or Netflix? If so, the issue may be isolate to the Prime Video app. In that case, make sure that both your Google Home and Prime Video apps are up-to-date. I would also clear out the cached app data on both apps. Finally, if the problem persists, go ahead and uninstall and reinstall the Prime Video app.
