Hi All.
I have had a Chromecast with Googlr TV for about 18 months now and all been fine.
3 days ago I had an error message when turning on "loading error" (as per pic)
The system is locked and will not accept any input from the remote and I am unable to navigate to the settings area (or anywhere) to check for internet connection or anything else.
The batteries are fine and still control TV volume etc, but the device is not responding to any input.
I have removed from power supply and left for a day and get same message when switching back on.
Is there anything else I can do to re-set this device or am I going to have to purchase another Chromecast device after only 18 months 😞

Hello, I had a problem with it yesterday too, same issue. can not use the remote to navigate.

@jaykeo, are you also experiencing the same message on your screen? Or is this isolated to remote functions?
@melvinpalmer, thanks for trying some steps. I suggest trying a factory reset for a full clean-up. Since the remote functions are still there, chances are it could just be the main device that needs correction.
