I apologize about the late response, thank you for your patience on this! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine it makes for a terrible viewing experience. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What results do you get from an internet speed test?
  • Does this only occur on one app, or many?
  • Does this occur on both apps and casting?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
