Chromcast pink screan

yesterday I turned on my cast it was normal, after some time it went into pink/red shades, pixels everywhere. I already tried to unplug it from power sorce and from HDMI, I also used other HDMI slot. It’s the same. The weirdest thing is that when it’s turning on after unplugging it from power, the google icon is normal and then it changes to pink/red screen. Also it is updated to the newest version. Please help.

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with your Chromecast with Google TV (4K) device. Let’s further look into it. Have you tried doing a factory reset? If not yet, factory reset it from the Chromecast device and then set it up. Let me know how it goes.
