Chromecast 2 volvio a fallar de nuevo

En serio Google? Otra vez dejo de andar y obvio que lo volví a resetear y nada, no transmitir, que se les venció ahora?

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I’m truly sorry your Chromecast (2nd gen) is not working again; I appreciate you taking the time to reset the device. I’d be happy to help you. 

To better assist you, please answer the following questions: 

  • After the reset, were you able to set up the device in the Google Home app?
  • When you state that the Chromecast isn't streaming, does that indicate it's connected to both the TV and the app, yet no content is playing? Any further information you can provide would be helpful.
  • Is your mobile device Android or iOS?

In the meantime, please ensure you are using version 3.30.1.6 for Android and 3.30.106 for iOS and ensure the Google Home app is running the latest version; check this article to update the Google Home app.
