- What is the status of the LED light on your Chromecast?
- What is the make and model of your TV?
- Are you using an Android or an iPhone to set up your Chromecast?
- Has the Chromecast ever worked with your TV? If so, when did the issue start?
- Are your Chromecast and mobile device connected to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi network?
- How far from the router is your Chromecast?
- If you are using a Google TV Streamer (4K), are you using an 'Ultra High Speed' HDMI 2.1 certified cable?
- How long is your HDMI cable?
- Have you tried to use your Chromecast on a different TV? Does it show the same behavior?
