Chromecast Bluetooth audio problems

Whenever I connect my Bluetooth headset to the Chromecast when i try and increase the volume it will stay at 12 and whenever the volume bar moves from 12 upwards it just resets back to 12 this is really annoying as volume will just stay at 12

I understand how frustrating this situation can be. But don't worry; help is here. I just need to ask for some information to provide the best solution:

  • Could you please check if there is wireless interference like walls and floors, nearby Wi-Fi networks, and other electronics between your headsets and your Google Chromecast device?

  • How far from the router is your Chromecast device?

  • Would you kindly confirm whether your Google Chromecast is linked to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi network?

  • How far do you use your headsets from the Chromecast?

  • Have you ever experienced this problem before?
