Hi .. I cannot connect Chromecast to my TV or WiFi.
I have tried it so many times but unsuccessful.
Please advise on how I can resolve the issue.

It's been down for several days and there's a message on the front landing page for support. Gen2 Chromecast has issues they are working to resolve.
