I've been using this device( Chromecast with google tv hd) for almost a year, and I don't understand why it sometimes restarts. I only use the HBO Max and YouTube applications, and this situation has occurred with both of them. Initially, for about 3-4 months, it didn't have this issue. I believe everything started after a summer update. There's no specific time when it restarts; there are days when it works perfectly, and then the next day, after a few minutes or immediately upon opening, it starts restarting continuously. There have even been times when it didn't turn on at all until I unplugged it and plugged it back in, with the orange LED continuously blinking. It's connected directly through HDMI to a monitor. I'm using the original power adapter, and I've also tried a different one, but the situation remains the same. I haven't encountered any other issues, not even with Wi-Fi connectivity like others have. But this is very annoying. I've tried a hard reset twice, once by connecting through my phone (Android - Home app) and once by connecting directly from the remote. It worked fine for 1-2 days, and then it started restarting again whenever it felt like it. Is there an option to view details about CPU frequency, RAM memory, or to downgrade to an older firmware version? Or perhaps a diagnosis via USB? Thank you.

Hi radu_91,
Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. I’m sorry for the trouble, and this is not the experience that we wanted you to have. Since you’ve already tried different steps yet it persists, we can do a full clean-up by manually performing a factory reset. Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Kimy

Thank you for your response. I have tried everything, but I cannot seem to figure out if the problem is software or hardware. After the factory reset, it worked for 2.5 hours without interruption, but then it started restarting again. I tried again with a different power supply, I tried it on another monitor, but there was no change. For example, today, when I opened it, it didn't even have time to enter the interface before it restarted. What I have noticed is that if I unplug it and plug it back in, it works again for a while, but you can understand that I cannot do this all the time.
