One day my Chromecast started restarting non-stop. I can't get into configuration mode. I already tried to reset the button and it didn't work. can you help me with this issue?
I have tried 3 different HDMI ports and different power points

If your Chromecast is stuck in a restart loop and the reset button isn’t working, make sure your system is updated, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check Power Supply: Ensure you're using the original power adapter and cable that came with the Chromecast. If you're using a USB port on your TV for power, try plugging it directly into a wall outlet instead.
Hard Reset: Although you've tried resetting, it might help to hold the reset button for at least 25 seconds until the LED light starts flashing. This can sometimes help with stubborn issues.
Check HDMI Connection: Since you’ve already tried different HDMI ports, ensure that the Chromecast is fully plugged in. Sometimes, a loose connection can cause issues.
Try a Different TV: If possible, connect your Chromecast to another TV to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem lies with the Chromecast or your TV.
Network Issues: If the Chromecast connects to your network, ensure your Wi-Fi is working properly. Try rebooting your router and see if that helps.
Contact Support: If none of these steps resolve the issue, it might be best to contact Google Support for further assistance or consider a replacement if it's still under warranty.
