Chromecast is not recognizing my network

Hi, I changed my network recently and I am unable to use chromecast in my TV. I factory reset it and started the process of adding the TV again but when I go to cast I get this message as you see in the picture. The local network access is enabled in my phone’s privacy.

Hi @Simona

Did you also remove your Google TV from the Google Home app before doing the factory reset?
Please try removing it from the Google Home App and do a factory reset again to see if this helps. 😊

Hi Simona,

Thanks for the details. Try this:

Do the setup using another phone to isolate if it’s the phone.
Set it up and connect it to a mobile hotspot to isolate if it’s network-related.
If identified as network-related, ensure that AP isolation is disabled and UPnP is enabled.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Kimy
