It's not clear from your post the specific issues you're experiencing with your device, so I'm limited in the additional troubleshooting I can provide you. If you can share with me more details about the issues, that would be very helpful. I'd also appreciate it if you can let me know any troubleshooting that you have already followed.  

Before we get started with any steps, let me ask you some important questions:

  1. Which model of Chromecast do you have?
  2. When did the issue first start?
  3. What troubleshooting, if any, have you tried?

Sorry, but nothing works. The device fails with every wifi connection, everything in the configuration is very problematic, the app doesn't connect and if it does the signal freeze in a couple of minutes. And, help sites doesn't really help.

Everything is bad, trash. I'm not using it anymore and never will do again. It's my sad experience.

Chromecast line discontinues it on August 6, now they replace it with Google TV Streamer (to be announced), which is scheduled to be released on September 24.

Thanks, but no thanks. I never gonna buy this Google TV products again. Worst experience ever.
