Chromecast no funciona

Desde Marzo aproximadamente mi chromecast no dejaba transmitir contenido, lo desconecté y conecté para ver si servia, lo cual no funcionó, procedí a reiniciarlo de fabrica desde la app, lo cual no pude entonces eliminé el dispositivo de mi casa, luego intenté resetear de fabrica manualmente y no deja, ahora no da imagen y apenas lo conecto da una luz naranja que dura 2 segundos aproximadamente y luego luz blanca solida sin dar imagen alguna, ¿Existe alguna solución para eso?, ya he intentado todo lo que he visto por internet y leído en este foro, pero no sirve!

  • What is the make and model of the mobile device you're using for setup? 
  • What country do you use your device in?
  • What is the make and model of your TV?
  • Have you tried to use a different HDMI port on the TV?
  • Have you tested your Chromecast device on another TV?

Claro aqui te respondo:

• Chromecast 2da generación 

•Si, tengo la última actualización

•Está bien conectado al puerto Hdmi de mi TV adicional a la corriente con el adaptador que trae

•He intentado con otras tomas corrientes y únicamente con otro cable USB 

•Está conectado a una tomas corrientes
•Aproximadamente unos 3-4 metros

•Apple - IPhone 13

•Colombia

•LG - 42LA6200

•Si he probado otra entrada HDMI

•Si otro TV LG -

Based on the information you provided, I recommend you try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. I understand that you already performed a Factory reset, but I recommend you perform it again following these instructions:
    • While the Chromecast is plugged into the TV and powered, hold down the button on the side of the Chromecast.
    • The LED should begin to blink orange. When the LED light turns solid white, release the button and the Chromecast should then restart.
  2. Set up the Chromecast following the instructions provided in this Google Help Center article: Set up your Chromecast device (3rd gen or older)
  3. Verify if your Chromecast works now. If not, please try to set up the Chromecast with another smartphone.
  4. If you still can’t trigger your Chromecast, please let me know if you are getting an error message or note any other behavior during the factory reset or setup process that is not working as expected.

Ya realicé los pasos que me indicas, sin embargo no hay una solución o un avance, apenas conecto el dispositivo a un toma corriente sale una luz naranja por 1 segundo y posterior una luz blanca fija, y no reacciona al botón lateral, tampoco da imagen para ver algún código de error
