I have the exact same problem as the other post with this title that is currently pinned above (it is for me at least) and it’s locked so I cannot ask a question there.
I can find no options to make the updates suggested and my system does not indicate version numbers for the remote so I am stuck trying to solve a problem which it looks like someone has solved.
Any help would be appreciated.
