Chromecast selection box

Probably feedback or a feature request moreso than an issue.  When moving around in Google chromecast, the selection box is not very easy to sometimes see, specifically for elderly people.  Is there a feature to make the currently selected item more noticeable, either way a small animation or just a different color?  It is very hard to see what is selected at times or where the cursor selection box even is.

Some settings like the ones you mentioned are not currently available for some Chromecast models and devices.
