Hi Floriante,
Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We’re sorry for the trouble, and this is not the experience that we wanted you to have. This seems to be isolated to casting using the Chrome browser on a computer. Did you experience this when casting apps like Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Prime Video, etc. from smartphones and tablets? If everything is fine outside of the use of the Chrome browser on your computer, then your Chromecast device is working as intended. We may be under one Google umbrella, but if there’s nothing wrong with your actual Chromecast device, it would be best that we refer you to the actual experts on the product of your concern. I suggest you give our friends at the Google Chrome Help Community a shout. They may know a particular setting that can be toggled in Chrome://flags, or they may have a workaround for this. Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Kimy

Thanks for the response. Yes, it only happens on computer. It is a software problem but many people are complaining about it. Google and Microsoft should fix this, i guess. I will ask in Chrome community. Thanks.
