Chromecast still not working

I'm trying to set up my chromecast again after the resent crash but it keeps saying can't authenticate,does anyone know what i should do please

  • What Chromecast device do you have?
  • Are you using an Android or iOS device?
  • Please make sure the Google Home app is fully updated.
  • Did you reset the Chromecast device and restart your phone?
