Chromecast su Samsung A336B

< P > Chromecast non risulta abilitato sullo smartphone. NetFlix si sente, ma non si vede; mentre tutto ok senza Google home.

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

 

A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? When did the issue start? Is this only happening with the Netflix app or across all apps?

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  1. Check if the Chromecast firmware is updated.
  2. Make sure that the Android or iOS device is up-to-date.
  3. Check proximity of TV to casting device (phone, tablet, or computer), and Wi-Fi router. Ideally, they should be less than 15 to 20 feet (4 to 6 meters) apart from each other, with one or no walls in between.
  4. Reboot the Chromecast, casting device, and router.
  5. Disconnect and reconnect the casting device from the Wi-Fi network.
  6. Check if your mobile device has a power saving setting. If it's enabled, disable it.
  7. Perform a factory reset. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.
