Chromecast to beamer and HD sound to soundbar from computer

Hi,

I have a beamer, a quiet old one from Benq.

I just bought a sound bar from Seenheiser (the ambeo plus).

Right now the chromecast is connected to the beamer.

The sound runs through bluetooth to the sounbar, but it's stupid as I don't profit from all the dolby or dts features + the sound keeps unsynchronising.

I would like to connect an hdmi cable to the sounbar, but the beamer has no hdmi OUT, just IN.

So I was thinking to go through my computer, ideally to connect the chromecast to the computer (a good PC), send the image to the beamer and the sound to the soundbar. But my brain bugs a bit 😄 is this the right way? And how to do that? I would like to keep the chromecast as it is easy to browse with the remote control. Do I need to buy something to make that happen? Is it even possible or am I going to the wrong solution?

If you have any suggestions I would really appreciate.

I am sorry, you cannot direct the video to one device and the sound to another.

You would have to find some way to connect your soundbar to your beamer.  Or, get something (some kind of splitter) between your Chromecast and your beamer that splits out the audio and re-directs it to the soundbar.
