Chromecast verhindert switchen zu anderen HDMI Geräten

Hallo habe folgendes Problem,

Undswar habe ich seit kurzem den Chromecast mit Google TV HD bei meinem Phillips Fernseher installiert und der Chromecast verhindert das switchen zu anderen HDMI Eingängen. Wenn ich bspw meine ps5 einschalte verhindert der Chromecast das switchen von Google TV zur ps5. Der Chromecast ist auch in den anderen HDMI Anschlüssen schon eingesteckt worden, gleiches Problem was nun ?

That is a pretty strange issue. I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot this, because I imagine it's pretty confusing. The first thing I would recommend is that both your Chromecast and Phillips TV are both up-to-date on their firmware. Then, I would check the Phillips TV HDMI-CEC settings to make sure there is nothing wrong there. If you are able to, try plugging in the Chromecast to another TV to see if the problem persists. That way, we can isolate the issue to either the TV or the Chromecast itself.

Onur8, we hope that helps but, if you're still having trouble, you may try to reboot your Chromecast with Google TV (HD) and TV. You may also try to plug in your device on a different HDMI port on your TV.
