Chromecast w Google TV keeps dropping and restarting

When watching streaming TV the Device keeps dropping the signal and rebooting. Is there a warranty? I can't afford a new one

I’m sorry for the inconveniences that you’ve been experiencing with your Chromecast with Google TV. I can see that when you are normally using your device, it frequently drops the signal and reboots. No worries, help is here.

In order to provide you with the correct information, I need some extra information. Here are some questions for you:

  • Is the device plugged correctly into the TV and power source?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Do you get any error messages from your device?
  • What troubleshooting have you done so far?

In the meantime, I will suggest you uplug your device from the power source and wait for at least 1 minute, after that you can plug the device back in.
