Chromecast will not work evwn after troubleshooting

My chromecast will not worThe light on the device us white and it constantly blinks.  I have try to do a factory reset several times.  I have unplugged the TV for 30 secs, I have changed television port, I have  completed all of the troubleshooting steps that weree suggested.  What's nex

Same here. I came to this site to find a solution. Two out of my three chromecast voice remotes are not working. I have done all the troubleshooting steps to no avail.

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. What Chromecast device are we working on? Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

1. Plug in your Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
2. Reboot your TV and Wi-Fi router.
3. Remove and replace the batteries on your Chromecast Voice Remote.
4. Reset your Chromecast Voice Remote.
5. Reset your Chromecast.
6. Try using another network.
