Chromecast with Google TV HD - Less than 1 year old - stuck on "Google TV" logo

My Chromecast has stopped working and is stuck on the Google TV logo on my TV.

I cannot reset, tried wifi on / off, another TV, a different power supply etc etc.

This was purchased from Amazon in May 2023.

I just want one that works - please advise on solution or how I get replaced under warranty.   Thanks

I am sorry you are having trouble with your device.

It sounds like you have done absolutely everything we would suggest you do.
