Hello, I just connected my Chromecast to my TV and the picture is very dark and the sound keeps shutting off. How can i fix the issue?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about that. Let's sort this out.

Quick question — is this happening when casting a video or even when there's no playing on the TV? Please reboot your Chromecast and TV. Plugging the Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV and trying it on a different TV screen (If possible) might also help.
