Connection problem under configuration

When I try to setup my chromecast and I try to log in to wifi, the message "connection problem under configuration, lost contact with chromecast" pops up. I have tried a few times and saw something happen when I try to connect. I lost my connection to the wifi I normally use and it Will try to connect to "Chromecast5685.v," as wifi. 

 

I dont know if this is normal, do someone have a solution?

Chromecast5685.v is the device's setup network that it itself broadcasts when it is not connected to your Wifi network. Try these steps:
