Most times I select the Google TV as an input, I need to power cycle it for there to be video and audio output. Usually, I select the HDMI output and there is no output, but the white light on the Google TV is on. It happens every time after not being used overnight but I haven't been able to determine the exact time interval. I have updated the Chromecast and have factory reset the device twice now. This happens across two different TV's and different HDMI inputs as well. This started happening around December 2022 or so. I found another post on here with someone with the same people but the resolution was not posted publicly, which is frustrating. The main TV is a Sony Bravia. Thank you for your support.

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s further look into it. On your Chromecast with Google TV, go to Settings > System > About > System update. Let’s make sure that it is up to date. Restart your TV and Chromecast with Google TV, and then monitor its behavior.

Thanks for your response. Sorry I forgot to mention, I've also already did an update check on both the Chromecast and the TV's. What other steps/actions are available?

Unfortunately I never heard back so I decided to post here. Is it possible to post solutions found from the form publicly so others can benefit from these solutions instead of locking the thread?
