Continue watching hijacked by promos

It's bad enough that the Google TV app has annoying ads, but now stuff being heavily promoted is getting added to my "Continue Watching" section even though no one on my account is actually watching this dreck. The biggest annoyance is the appalling Sex in the City sequel And Just Like That. No matter how many times I tell Google TV to hide this thing, it keeps showing up. This evening, it even happened immediately after I hid it. I did a long press and chose "Hide" and it went away but then immediately showed up again. It's bad enough I get nonsense recommendations under "Top picks for you" but for Google TV to randomly add stuff to "Continue Watching" just because, I guess, they're getting paid for the push advertisements makes me wish I could find some other streamer with a decent UI.
