Daily Factory Reset on Chromecast

My Chromecast is on the WiFi, however my phone including Google Home App are unable to connect to the Chromecast device. Chromecast has the pictures displayed, that shows it has WiFi connectivity. 

I have to factory reset this device. Every. Single. Day. Sometimes multiple times a day.

 

I’m ready to switch to Echo. Especially when I cannot access videos via internet search on my Lenovo smart screen.

To better understand the issue could you please answer some questions: 
 

  • Could you please specify the exact model of your Chromecast?
  • Have you noticed any specific error messages or unusual behavior on the Chromecast or your phone when trying to connect?
  • What are you trying to cast? 
  • Did you change your Internet Service Provider?
