I'm not able to make changes to my device settings through the Google Home App. When I select my Chromecast device in the Home app and navigate to Device Settings, the screen is blank.
I have reset the chromecast, reset my internet force closed the app and nothing seems to bring back device settings.

Hi Jaqs,
Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. A few questions: what Chromecast device are you using? Were you able to cast? Do you see a message indicated as “Disconnected” when you click the Chromecast device in the Google Home app?
