Enlazar Chromecast a mi red WiFi

Hola, hasta hace poco mi Chromecast iba perfecto pero desde hace unos días lo probé en otro televisor y lo volví a poner en el de origen y no puedo enlazarlo con mi res WiFi, la detecta, meto contraseña pero no me deja enlazarlo, me dice que ha ocurrido un error, la meto a mano y tampoco, he seguido todos los pasos que me dicen desde Google y tampoco, es por si os ha pasado y me podéis ayudar.

I am sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Wi-Fi issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I know this can be tough to figure out on your own. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
  • Have you already factory reset the device?
  • Are you connecting the Chromecast to a 2.4GHz network?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

Si a todo y los pasos que he seguido son los que me pones aquí, resetear de fábrica, enchufar y desenchufar, etc ... Y sigue sin funcionar

No problem! Are you able to manually forget the network on the Chromecast, then reconnect it the Wi-Fi afterwards? 

 

Let me know if that fixes the issue, or if gives you any errors when you try.

Here are the steps listed in the articles:

 

If your Chromecast or Chromecast Audio is connected to an existing Wi-Fi network but you'd like to connect it to a new one, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is linked to the same account as your Chromecast.
  2. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  3. Tap your device.
  4. Tap Device information  and then Wi-Fi and then Forget this network.
  5. You’ll be taken back to your Home screen.
  6. Follow the steps to set up your Chromecast with Google TVChromecast (3rd gen or older) or Chromecast Audio on a new network.

Hola Jeran ,puedo consultarte por lo mismo?.En Google Home no me encuentra el Chromecast,no lo identifica.Como sé si está conectado en la misma red que mi teléfono?.Ya he desenchufado,apretado botón de Chromecast para resetear y nada.Sigue dando Network error .gracias

Of course! The first thing I would check out is this article on troubleshooting your network connection. It will have different steps to help fix the connection issues between your Chromecast and mobile device.

 

If it still gives you issues afterwards, then I would encourage you to check out this article as well, as it goes a bit deeper.
