Have gotten this message for 3 days.  Have unplugged, reinstalled and still same error

A few questions — what type of Chromecast device do you have? Aside from the code, are there any messages showing on your TV screen or in the Google Home app? Are you getting this code when pairing the Chromecast or when casting a video to your TV?
