Hey, I'm having a problem when I run Facebook Watch When I run the program, a message appears, "Unable to connect to the network, although I changed the network, but the problem still exists. Is there a solution?"

Yes i have Chromecast with google tv ,this problem appeared since I purchased the device

Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, are you casting it from your phone to TV? Please restart your Chromecast with Google TV, mobile phone and router. Reinstalling the Facebook app on your phone and using a different mobile device might also help.

Hello Jennifer, No, I use the Facebook application through the same device "Google TV", I did what you asked, restarted chromecast, deleted the program and re-downloaded it, but the problem is still the same
