Hi Ejg3855,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I am sorry that you are having issues using the Find My Remote feature with Google TV Streamer (4K). No need to worry, help is here.

There could be a few reasons why your remote is not emitting a sound when you try to find it. Here are some basic troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check the remote's battery: Make sure the batteries in your remote are fully charged.
  2. Restart your Google TV Streamer device: From the power source: Unplug the power cable from Google TV Streamer, leave it unplugged for one minute and insert the cable back into Google TV Streamer.
  3. Check the Google Home app: Make sure your remote is paired with your Google TV device in the Google Home app.

Voice Remote troubleshooting:

  1. Remove the Voice Remote batteries for at least 10 seconds, check if the LED blinks. If the LED doesn’t turn on, replace the batteries with new 1.5 V AAA batteries.
  2. If the light blinks, you may reset the Voice Remote: For detailed steps, refer to Factory reset your Chromecast or Google TV Streamer Voice Remote and set it up again.

In case it helps, you can also review these articles to know Troubleshoot the Chromecast or Google TV Voice Remote or to know how to Find My Remote with Google TV Streamer (4K).

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Regards,

Mario
