Found my own Youtube viewing on internet..?

Yes..I may not be in the right place but have to start somewhere(pls suggest proper forum if I'm posting my question to wrong place)

..recently I noticed a shadowy camera icon appearing in my screenshots, using Google Lens revealed an exact match with a YouTube link.

Watching the clip play, I was shocked to realise that it was my OWN session & YT history I was looking at from only a few days ago.

I'm new to Chromecast/Streaming/anything techie TBH so I'm not sure how this happened or is possible? It's my smart TV but my friend gifted and installed the Chromecast with Google TV & it has been setup using their Google account, not mine.

So 2 questions:

1. When I'm using my android to hotspot for WiFi to access the friend's apps etc on the TV, does this mean everything on my phone can be mirrored for them to see? and

2. How did my YouTube viewing -- (I was not watching it on the TV but using my android) end up on the Web and as far as I understand...it's accessible to the public!?

Does this mean it's happening automatically or, could my friend have controlled this?

Confused
