GTV Streamer search results not letting me select a choice

When I search for something to watch and go to the results then select a choice, the streamer is not going to that choice. You can see a flash as though it received the selection, but then nothing happens. I've tried restarting the device and it is brand new. Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting in the community. I am sorry that you are having issues with your Google TV Streamer that is not letting you select a choice, but no need to worry; help is here.

I need to know a few things in order to provide you with a better resolution.

  • When did the issue start?
  • What type of Google TV streamer do you have?
  • Instead of resetting the device, have you tried a factory reset?
