Google Chromecast Streaming TV

Hello all you knowledgeable people, I need help, please.

In August, I came here asking about a Chromecast unit,
that I had trouble getting to work, in the end, I sent it back
to the seller, unfortunately, during my ordeal with the faulty
unit, I purchased a lifetime membership to the Chromecast
TV Service, I asked Google Play to refund the money, but it
is something that they don't refund on!

Since the refusal to refund, I have discovered Chromecast
TV Service, on my new smartphone, I also have an Android
Smart TV, with a Google TV app installed, my question now
is how can I tell these that I have streaming membership, I
looked at the sale receipt and the only number is the order
number.

Any help will be gratefully accepted.

Hello Mike
I presume, as all purchases on play store, are locked to your account, i.e. are your device logged in with your account and is compatible with the app, you should get the full service. I have yet to see a "device locked" app on goole play store. No access to Chromecast TV service here in Norway, so can not verify it for you though.

To continue helping you, we need to know that Chromecast with Google TV is not a subscription service, but it does allow you to add streaming services to your profile, so we would like to recommend you contact the streaming app you subscribed to receive support and check how you can continue enjoying the service that you are paying for.
