Google chromecast with google tv setup, conected but cant log in to google account

I manager to have it connector, it confirmed internetconnection, but after i log in using the home app and fingerprintverification it sais it cant log in.

and gmail to recover gmail i don't have backup code because i lost phone and gmail no login in this new device can i do phone verification while recovering gmail But after phone verification OTP is sent to my email as this gmail is not login in my device then how to give OTP and if not after phone verification if I click on Try another way then it shows Can't sign you in please sir please Please help me my gmail is very important to me #

Can you log on to other devices besides the one you're currently using? I suggest to try the following:
